As part of its continuous support to MicroFund for Women (MfW), the GEFF team conducted onsite visits to selected MfW branches, predominantly focusing on those situated outside of Amman.
During these visits, discussions took place with the loan officers and branch managers to gather their insights and feedback regarding the “Taqati” product. In particular, the GEFF team delved into potential challenges encountered while disbursing Taqati loans to clients. Queries were made to the loan officers about the level of client interest in their respective areas and identifying the most sought-after products. In addition to assessing the performance of MfW’s marketing campaigns, the GEFF team assisted each branch with their individual needs.
Discussion with the loan officers and branch managers also evolved into training sessions with simulated interactions between clients and loan officers. These sessions aimed to enhance their proficiency in the process of lending Taqati and foster knowledge-sharing as well as an exchange of experiences among both loan officers and branch managers.
