Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Basma bint Ali, in cooperation with the Greater Amman Municipality, the National Center for Agricultural Research, and the Jordan Chamber of Industry, the first Jordanian Sustainability Expo kicked off on August 15th, 2024.
GEFF team members participated in the Eco Jo 2024 exhibition proudly representing the EBRD Facility, raising awareness regarding green finance in Jordan and promoting the green products presented by GEFF Partner Finance Institutions.
The “Eco Jo Expo 2024” activities continued for four consecutive days from August 15 to August 18. “Eco Jo” aims to promote the concept of sustainability and link it to community work by enhancing environmental awareness and sustainable practices in Jordan. The exhibition simulated the “Jordanian Savings House”, where every Jordanian home seeks to live a life with less consumption and more production in an environmentally friendly way.
