Individuals: Private individuals or Group of Individuals: an individual or group of individuals recognised under the laws of Kazakhstan as the residents in or owners of or with access to the dwelling or the building in Kazakhstan in respect of which they intend to perform a Residential Sub-project.
Housing Associations: A housing association, or other equivalent body, in each case, which represents the interests of residents registered under the laws of Kazakhstan intending to perform a Residential Sub-project.
Businesses: Any Business that undertakes an eligible Sub-Project on their own
Service Providers: Any Business recognised under the laws of Kazakhstan including a Housing Management Company and Energy Service Company (ESCO) providing maintenance, operation, installation, construction, refurbishment, project development, or similar services under a contractual arrangement with a client.
Vendors: Any Business recognised under the laws of Kazakhstan engaged in the supply and/or sale of eligible equipment, materials, and technology and using the Sub-loan or Lease to expand supply and/or sale of such equipment, materials, and technology.
