KyrSEFF program was presented on September 26, 2024 at the conference in Bishkek on “Efficiency in construction and introduction of new tools in the construction sector of Kyrgyzstan”.

The main topic of the event was the introduction of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and energy efficient solutions in the construction sector.

The main focus was on improving efficiency in construction through the introduction of modern technologies and discussion of new energy efficient heating solutions that can be applied in conditions of limited resources and infrastructure problems.

Salavat Soronbaev, Chief Engineer of KyrSEFF, spoke about the main advantages of the KyrSEFF/GEFF program to support investments in energy and resource efficient solutions. He also informed the participants about the possibility of receiving grants for energy efficiency projects in residential and business construction in the amount of up to 15% of the loan amount.

During the implementation of the program about 3700 projects on implementation of energy efficient and resource saving projects were financed. Work in this direction is actively continuing.

In addition, speakers, including representatives of LG Electronics outlined energy-efficient solutions such as heat pumps and VRF-systems with heat recovery.

The conference was supported by the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, UNISON Group, and PolyTechnologies – LG distributor in Kyrgyzstan.
