KyrSEFF client Myrzabek Raiymkanov, an entrepreneur from Talas, received a grant to purchase an A+ class freezer for his mini dumpling shop.

He said that in December 2024, he accidentally learned about the KyrSEFF program when he was planning to buy a new freezer for his 144 m² mini-workshop and was going to take a loan from Kompanion Bank.

The loan officers suggested that he apply for a KyrSEFF loan. Myrzabek agreed, bought a freezer and has already received the grant.

The shop has been operating for 3 years and produces dumplings, ready-made dough, as well as samosas and lagman. Now the entrepreneur is considering insulation of the premises and purchase of energy-efficient equipment also through KyrSEFF. Since heating and electricity bills are growing every time, the amount reaches 40,000 soms in the fall and winter period.

“Before, I didn’t even suspect about such opportunities. The KyrSEFF program did not just help us with equipment – it opened the way to real savings and sustainable business,” shares Myrzabek Rayymkanov.

KyrSEFF provides grants of up to 15% of the loan amount for successful installation of RES.
