In August 2025, the KICB Bank team underwent a series of training sessions organized by the KyrSEFF program. The training took place both at the head office in Bishkek and in regional branches:
Naryn, Karakol, Balykchy, At-Bashy, Kochkor, Osh, Uzgen, Nookat, Alai, Jalal-Abad, Kochkor-Ata, Talas, etc.

The goal of the training was to deepen the knowledge of credit specialists in the areas of:

• energy-efficient construction

• resource and energy saving

• use of renewable energy sources

• sustainable solutions for housing modernization, and more.

The trainings were conducted by KyrSEFF program experts Janibek Kulumbeov and Bakyt Askarbekov, who have hands-on experience with projects across the country. KICB specialists gained not only theoretical knowledge but also real cases and tools already being applied in Kyrgyzstan.
