On 18-19 June, Energy Expo Kyrgyzstan – SCO 2026, the International Exhibition of Technologies, Equipment and Infrastructure Solutions for the Energy Sector, was held in Bishkek. Organized within the framework of the Kyrgyz Republic’s chairmanship in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the event served as an important platform for dialogue among the public sector, businesses and investors.

More than 40 companies from Kyrgyzstan, China, Russia, India, Belarus, Turkiye and Vietnam participated in the exhibition. The exposition covered a wide range of areas, including renewable energy, hydropower, electrical equipment, as well as the design and construction of energy infrastructure facilities.

At the exhibition, the KyrSEFF team presented modern energy-efficient solutions for homes and businesses, as well as financing opportunities available through partner banks. Visitors to the stand received free engineering consultations from KyrSEFF specialists and learned more about financing mechanisms and grant support.

During the two-day event, KyrSEFF experts advised visitors on improving energy efficiency, adopting modern technologies and implementing projects through available financing mechanisms. Together with representatives of FINCA Bank, the team provided information on available loan products and the opportunity to receive a grant of up to 15% of the loan amount upon successful project implementation.

Participation in the exhibition provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experience, strengthen partnerships and promote energy-efficient solutions in Kyrgyzstan.
