On April 23-24, 2025, Kompanion Bank’s team from Bishkek branches received training from leading engineers of KyrSEFF program.

The purpose of the trainings was to deepen the knowledge of bank employees in the following areas:
energy efficient construction
resource and energy saving
application of renewable energy sources
sustainable approach to modernization of residential buildings

The trainings were conducted by KyrSEFF engineers Zhanybek Kulumbetov and Salavat Soronbaev with practical experience, which allowed loan officers not only to learn the theory, but also to get real cases and tools that are already being used.
