According to the calculations, the logistics center annually saves 140.44 MWh of energy, which also leads to a reduction of CO₂ emissions by 34.54 tons per year.

Thus, heating costs have been significantly reduced, comfortable working conditions for the staff have been ensured, and the preservation of goods during storage has been improved due to stable indoor temperature.

A new logistics center of the company “TB Trade” has been built in Tolokan village near the city of Osh in the Osh region. From the very beginning, the project was developed in accordance with modern requirements for energy efficiency and sustainable business development. The main goal was to create a functional facility for storing and distributing goods that would ensure a stable indoor climate, reduce operational costs, and support the continuity of logistics operations.

Due to the climate specifics of southern Kyrgyzstan  cold winters and high temperatures in summer  significant expenses are required to maintain comfortable conditions inside warehouse-type premises. Therefore, at the design stage, a decision was made to apply energy-efficient technologies in order to reduce dependence on energy resources and minimize heat losses.

The project was implemented with the support of the KyrSEFF program, thanks to which the following technical solutions were introduced: installation of sandwich panels with enhanced thermal insulation, insulation of walls, floors, and roofing, as well as the installation of energy-saving windows and doors. Such a comprehensive approach made it possible to create reliable thermal insulation of the building and ensure efficient use of energy.

The company’s management notes that energy efficiency has become an important part of the business development strategy:

“We decided to build in accordance with modern standards in order to create comfortable conditions for employees and ensure reliable storage of products. Investments in energy efficiency allow us to reduce costs and grow the business confidently. We are grateful to the KyrSEFF program for supporting the implementation of this project,” emphasized Talaybek Tashpulatov, Director of TB Trade LTD LLC.

The new logistics center has become an important element of the region’s trade and warehouse infrastructure and demonstrates how the introduction of modern engineering solutions contributes to improving the operational efficiency of the enterprise and its competitiveness.

In the future, according to Talaybek Tashpulatov, it is planned to install a solar power station on the roof of the facility to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply.

The TB Trade logistics center is a successful example of how energy efficiency helps companies develop while ensuring environmental responsibility and improving the quality of services provided.

Talaybek Tashpulatov notes that the choice of energy-efficient construction was a strategic step aimed at increasing long-term business sustainability, optimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency. The new logistics center of “TB Trade” has become an important facility of the region’s trade and distribution infrastructure and demonstrates the advantages of modern engineering solutions for businesses in Kyrgyzstan.

The project is a successful example of how energy efficiency helps companies grow while ensuring environmental responsibility and service quality improvement.
