With the help of KyrSEFF loan Nurbek Abdiev insulated the floor of his new house. This is his third application to the program. He has already received grants twice.
Nurbek Abdiev, a native resident of Kemin city, has been a KyrSEFF client for a long time. In the past he took two loans from Kompanion Bank to insulate the walls of his old house with foam plex and was very satisfied with the result.
Not long ago Nurbek Abdiev built a new two-storey house of about 240 square meters. To insulate the floor, he applied to Kompanion Bank for a loan under the KyrSEFF program. The loan was approved, and the floors were insulated with foam plex and covered with laminate.
Now, according to Nurbek Abdiyev, the house is always at a comfortable temperature and his feet are not cold. The heat from the floor spreads throughout the house and energy is saved. After the floor was insulated, warm floors and radiators were installed.
“It is very warm here, we walk around in summer clothes in winter. An elderly person lives in our house, he needs a temperature of 22-23 degrees, that’s why we insulated the floors. The second floor occupies 120 square meters, it too had to be insulated to save and conserve electricity. The bathroom also has warm floors,” says Nurbek Abdiyev.

Also thank you to Companion Bank, I have received grants twice and hope to receive a third to fully insulate my home. This year I plan to insulate it from the outside so that the house is not only warm, but also beautiful,” Nurbek Abdiev shared.
The grant portion can be up to 15% of the total loan amount.
