Our Green Economy Financing Facilities (GEFFs) support businesses and home owners to invest in green technologies. Since the launch of this financing instrument, and with the support of donors, the EBRD has distributed over €8.0 billion via 220 participating financial institutions to support more than 268,000 green investments across 29 countries. Together with funding from our co-financing partners to date, the GEFFs avoid more than 11 million tonnes of CO2 emissions per year.
