Grants are available for eligible projects that deliver energy savings and/or reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.
Individuals (homeowners)
Financing for upgrades in individual houses or apartments, including thermal insulation, high-performance windows and doors, efficient heating systems, heat pumps, solar thermal or photovoltaic systems, and other eligible technologies.
Grant: up to 22.5% of eligible costs, based on the Green Technology Selector (GTS), subject to verification.
Multi-apartment residential buildings
(Homeowners Associations, service providers, groups of private individuals)
Financing for building-level upgrades using GTS-listed technologies or other solutions achieving at least 30% energy savings. Measures may include insulation, window replacement, heating system modernisation, heat pumps, or rooftop solar installations.
Grant: up to 35%, performance- and technology-based, subject to verification.
Construction companies and developers (new residential buildings)
Financing for the construction of new residential buildings meeting Energy Class A or higher, including energy-efficient design, renewable energy solutions, and low-carbon materials.
Incentive: up to 15%, performance- and technology-based, subject to verification.
Vendors, producers and service providers
Financing of working capital to expand the commercialisation, installation, or production of GEFF-approved technologies.
