Who is Eligible?

The following categories of borrowers are eligible for a loan under the Facility:

• Individuals
  Private homeowners can apply for financing to implement energy-saving upgrades in single-family houses or individual apartments. Typical measures include insulation, replacement of windows and doors, efficient heating systems, heat pumps, and solar photovoltaic systems. grants up to 22.5%
• Homeowners Associations (Multi-Apartment Buildings)
  Homeowners associations can access financing for complex energy efficiency projects that achieve at least 30% energy savings across the building. Projects may include insulation, window replacement, central heating modernization, and rooftop solar installations. Grants of up to 35% are available depending on performance.
• Construction Companies and Developers
  Financing for the construction of high-performance residential buildings that incorporate efficient architectural and engineering design, renewable energy solutions and low-carbon building materials. Grants of up to 15% are available depending on performance.
• Vendors and Service Providers
  Manufacturers, suppliers, and installers of eligible green technologies and materials can receive financing to expand their business or working capital for Residential GEFF Moldova-approved products and services. While no direct incentive applies, participation increases market reach through the Green Technology Selector (GTS).
