Eligibility criteria

We help clients of participating financial institutions identify and implement a wide range of green investment opportunities. Find out if you and your project are eligible for GEFF financing.

Green investment projects in the Residential Sector

You are:

•  a private individual and wish to improve the energy and water efficiency of the apartment or house you own or reside in
•  a housing association, or other equivalent body, and represent the interests of residents intending to perform invest in the improvement of energy and water efficiency in the apartment building you represent

Green investment projects in the Business/Commercial sector

You are:

•  a private company, enterprise, firm, sole proprietor or other legal entity wishing invest in new equipment or machinery and technologies that help you reduce energy and water consumption in your processes
•  planning to improve the energy and water consumption in a commercial building
•  a service provider providing maintenance, operation, installation, construction, refurbishment or similar services
•  a vendor of eligible equipment, technologies or materials, interested in using the Sub-loan or Lease to expand supply and/or sale of such equipment, materials and technologies
•  engaged in the manufacture, supply and/or installation of eligible equipment, materials and technologies and wish to use the Sub-loan or Lease to expand production of such equipment, materials and technologies.

Financing is subject to the usual financing criteria of each of the financing partners.
