Production line for hollow-core beams and slabs.

Founded in 2020, DAMANE PREFA is a Moroccan SME specializing in the production of precast concrete, prestressed floors, and ready-mixed concrete. To diversify the range of products and services offered to its customers, DAMANE PREFA invested in a production line for hollow-core beams and slabs.

As part of the rehabilitation and modernization of its production facilities, and in order to diversify the range of products and services offered to customers, DAMANE PREFA has invested in a new-generation production line for honeycomb beams and slabs.

This new production line offers a number of advantages, including high production speeds of up to 3 m/minute, a wider range of products, and automatic control to improve product quality and reduce waste. It is a powerful force in terms of quality, speed, product range diversification and cost optimization.

Green Value Chain (GVC) in Morocco is a credit facility of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to provide funding to local partner financial institutions for on-lending to Moroccan SMEs belonging to agribusiness, processing industries and logistics value chains and ecosystems. Supported by the European Union, the Green Climate Fund (GCF), the Korean Technical Assistance and Cooperation Account (KTACA) and the EBRD Shareholder Special Fund (EBRD SSF), the facility aims to improve competitiveness of SMEs and that of their value chains and ecosystems through highly efficient green investments.
