Avdo Omerovic from Tuzla lives with his family in a house built in the 80s. Given that the heating costs were a significant blow to the homeowners’ budget, Avdo decided to look for an alternative and more cost-effective way of heating.
In order to heat the house during the cold winter days, he replaced the wood heating stove with a pellet heating stove.
The energy-efficient way of heating now enables the Omerovic family to save energy and money, and the use of a pellet heating stove is easy to maintain. Pellet stoves and fireplaces have stood out in recent years as one of the most economical and practical solutions.
The investment in the amount of EUR 3,650 will enable the Omerovic family to save energy of 2,8 MWh per year, as well as an EU incentive in the amount of EUR 530.
Pellet heating implies a much more sophisticated and complex system whose end results are lower fuel consumption and higher thermal energy. In other words – cheaper, simpler and cleaner heating.
