Daler Usmanov operates a diversified business in the city of Tursunzade. Since 2014, he has been engaged in the sale of veterinary medicines at the city’s central market, starting his business with initial capital of TJS 50,000 together with his mentor, a qualified veterinary doctor.
In parallel, he runs a farming business. His interest in agriculture developed from an early age, learning from his father. In 2020, he officially established a 1-hectare farm where he cultivates tomatoes and cucumbers annually.
Due to winter climate conditions, vegetable cultivation was not possible during the cold season. To ensure year-round production and improve profitability, he decided to construct a greenhouse.
The project was implemented through green financing under the GEFF Tajikistan program with support from Arvand Bank. With this support, the greenhouse was successfully constructed and has already begun operations.
The project enables year-round vegetable production, strengthens business sustainability, and supports the continued development of agricultural activities.
