New energy-efficient telescopic loader with high load capacity supports an entrepreneur in Akmola region in tackling production challenges
For over 30 years, Uali Rakhmetov and his brother have cultivated wheat fields in the Akmola region. During this time, many different equipment was acquired for harvesting and performing production tasks. Periodically, there was a need to update the equipment.
Just recently, a new requirement arose. Rakhmetov needed a telescopic loader, one that could handle grain loading and transport with ease. With his years of hands-on experience and a careful review of available options, he chose a loader from a prominent German manufacturer of agricultural machinery which is distinguished by its reliability and high load capacity, which helps in solving many agricultural needs.
To finance the purchase, U. Rakhmetov contacted Bank CenterCredit, where he was offered to use the Green Economy Financing Facility (GEFF) from the EBRD, which allows energy-efficient equipment to be purchased on lease through a subsidiary of JSC Bank CenterCredit, Center Leasing LLC. The financing terms met the entrepreneur’s expectations, and he decided to use the GEFF Program.
Because the selected forklift model was already listed in the Green Technology Selector, an online database of eligible equipment, the, the GEFF loan review and approval process was quick.
“Maneuverability, lifting height and boom reach are no less important to me than lifting capacity. I am completely satisfied with the equipment I selected, and with the favorable financing conditions from JSC Bank CenterCredit TOO CenterLeasing,” shared Uali Rakhmetov.
The project was carried out with the support of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance.
