Assessed GEFF credits that receive an Assessment report may include eligible labour-related costs such as transportation, disposal, delivery and installation costs based on the individual investment proposal. Eligible costs are described in the report.
Credit card-based GEFF credits for eligible items selected from the Technology Selector may include delivery, disposal and installation costs if they are financed within the same credit card transaction. For example, a transaction for an A++ refrigerator may include delivery and/or disposal of the old refrigerator. Similarly, for an A++ air conditioner, delivery and installation costs are eligible. Note that this rule is strictly from the point of view of GEFF eligibility. PFIs and vendors may choose to include or exclude delivery, disposal and installation costs as part of an eligible transaction.
Personal loan-based GEFF credits for eligible items selected from the Technology Selector may include a multiplier to meet the costs of auxiliary materials, delivery and installation up defined maximum percentage of the equipment costs.
For example: the multiplier for building insulation is 50% so an eligible transaction for 1,000 Euro of polystyrene insulation may be up to 1,500 Euro to meet the costs of the polystyrene and related costs such as auxiliary materials, transport and labour.
