Проекта повышения конкурентоспособности таджикского агробизнеса — ECTAP была официально закрыта 26 мая 2023 г. в отеле Hyatt Regency Душанбе, Таджикистан.
ЕБРР и ЕС совместно работали над Программой повышения конкурентоспособности таджикского агробизнеса (ECTAP) с 2014 года. Программа была успешно завершена. Это способствовало повышению конкурентоспособности и устойчивости агропромышленного комплекса Таджикистана, в котором занято около половины трудоспособного населения страны. Банк направил более 24,5 миллионов долларов США более чем 1220 фермерам по всему Таджикистану. Эти кредиты были предоставлены как напрямую, так и через банки-партнеры ЕБРР и поддержаны грантами ЕС на сумму 5,65 млн евро.
