Celebrating Excellence: Awarding Top Loan Officers of MDO “Humo” under GEFF II Tajikistan
In April 2025, a special award ceremony was held at the head office of MDO “Humo” to recognize the top-performing loan officers for their outstanding contributions to the Green Economy Financing Facility (GEFF II) in Tajikistan. This event marked a significant acknowledgment of the staff’s role in advancing green finance and supporting sustainable technologies across the country.
Three employees were honored for their exceptional achievements in promoting and disbursing green loans under the program, implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The award winners were:

The GEFF II Tajikistan program, led by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, is aimed at strengthening green finance in the country and enhancing the capacity of financial institutions. It is important to note that the program is supported by the Green Climate Fund, the Republic of Austria, and the Republic of Korea—whose contributions are instrumental in shaping a more resilient and environmentally responsible economy in Tajikistan.
