“The Future of Green Financing” a session animated by EBRD, GEFF, TaiwanICDF speakers at the International Beirut Energy Forum, IBEF 2019.

GEFF was actively present through  Mr. Miroslav Maly and Ms.Yvonne Mitshka from EBRD,  their presentation was entitled: “Green Financing: How It Can Boost Your Business?” during this session Mr. Maly briefed about the financing of industry, commercial,residential and agriculture sectors by GEFF; he confirmed that so far, USD 20 million have been disbursed and more is yet to come.  Ms. Yvonne Mitshka stressed the fact that EBRD is heavily involved in supporting Lebanon become green and help clients enhance their competitiveness

Mr. Alex L. J. Shyy spoke on behalf of the donor TaiwanICDF , he presented the session entitled: “Partner for Sustainable Development – Green Financing Projects”, during which he emphasised that their focus in Lebanon is on Green Financing.

The session was attended by local and international professionals in the fiels of energy, sustainable development, green financing and other.
