The GEFF Tajikistan adopts a gender-responsive approach which considers gender-specific interests and needs while ensuring equal participation of both women and men in implementing climate change mitigation and adaptation solutions. Within our project, we are implementing a number of activities, including gender awareness training sessions for our Partner Financial Institutions (PFIs), financial literacy trainings for female sub-borrowers as well as the development of knowledge products highlighting lessons learnt.
We are hereby pleased to share our GEFF Tajikistan Gender multimedia product, which highlights gender issues and our contribution to improved access to finance and knowledge for Tajik women. This supports awareness raising on gender equality and developing the knowledge necessary for societal change.
