The EBRD’s Green Economy Financing Facility in Serbia (GEFF Serbia Leasing) is a credit line of up to €40 million for financing green economy in transition (GET) investments of businesses through participating Leasing Companies.
GEFF Serbia Leasing supports businesses in Serbia lease higher-performance equipment and technologies that promote GET and reduce greenhouse gas emission and/or enhance climate resilience.
The Facility combines project investment finance though leasing with technical advice and services developed for business to understand, implement and benefit from high-performance technologies, thus supporting the transition to a green economy.
GEFF Serbia Leasing is realised in cooperation with its donors: the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and the Government of Luxembourg.
Partners
GEFF Serbia Leasing financing is channeled through Leasing Companies – the Facility’s Participating Financing Institutions (PFIs) who utilize the Facility to provide financial leasing to eligible clients for investments into eligible projects.
